This is a Reflex Speaker for CB Radios including marine communications.  It is 5 inches, white, frequency of 200 to 15,000 Hz, weatherproof, for music or voice, and a 3.5mm 10 foot cable for connections.  This speaker is in excellent condition and I am not sure it has been used other than testing.
