Return Policy:

We accept returns of new and unused merchandise if a return is requested within 30 days of shipment receipt. If the return is for a part that was used or damaged after it was received, or because of an error on the part of the customer, a restocking fee of 15-30% may apply. If the item(s) in question are being returned for a reason that is not our fault, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as initial shipping costs on the order.

Warranty Claims:

In the event that you have an issue with a product that falls under the manufacturer's warranty we can assist you in getting in contact with the manufacturer. Please contact us by phone or email so we can provide assistance.

Please note that in cases of items being replaced under warranty the customer may be responsible for the shipping cost of the return shipment and/or the replacement order.

Lost Items:

If you find your shipment is lost, stolen or missing, you must go through our legally enforced return process. Please contact our team and notify them the item is lost, stolen or missing. You will be asked to sign a legal affidavit and we will then process the claim. Per legal policy, we must wait 7-10 business days before we can make a decision on the order status to await the items arrival. We will not process any lost, stolen or missing claims without a signed legal affidavit proving the item(s) were in fact lost, stolen or missing. If your item is found within the claim period, you will not be awarded the claim as your items have arrived. Any falsification of documentation can lead to further legal action.
