ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed before 1:00 PM Mountain Time
typically ship the same day or the next business day. If there will be any
delay with shipping your order, we will contact you right away. Our shipping
department is open Monday - Friday. We do not ship on the weekend or most
holidays.
SHIPPING LOCATION & METHODS
Most orders ship from our Missoula,
Montana warehouse via Fedex Ground or USPS Priority Mail. However due to the
volume of orders we experience we do utilize remote fulfillment centers.
It is possible your order will be split up and arrive in separate shipments.
We provide tracking information for all
orders. If the product is listed, we have it in stock either in our
warehouse or at one of our remote filament centers.
SHIPPING COSTS
We offer Free Ground Shipping for most
orders over 50.00 in the United States (not including discounted product).
Express and international shipping can be arranged - please contact us before
you place your international or Express order.
DELIVERY TIME
Standard Free Shipping will deliver in
the U.S. within 3-6 business days from the time we ship your order. This
does not include weekends or holidays.
ASAP ORDERS
If you need your order for the trip of
a lifetime, please let us know so can make sure your order arrives in time.
Typically, our standard free shipping will arrive between 2-6 business
days. Please don't count on this though since once we ship, it’s out of
our hands and we don't want you without that perfect crab pattern when you
arrive in Belize.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Your order may be subject to additional
customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be
paid upon delivery. The Kingfisher declares full value of all products that we
ship.

damage item(s) to us in their original packaging within 30 days from the date

EXCHANGES
Ordered the wrong item or wrong size?
No problem! We will get you swapped out. Inventory permitting – excluding
close out and discounted product.
RETURNS
Returned merchandise must be received
in new and unused condition this includes tags and boxes. Like new boots
in a trashed box doesn't work. Once the return item is received, you will
be fully refunded back to your original payment method. We will not accept used
or damaged returns.
We do not pay for return shipping, unless there was a mistake with your order or a delivery issue occurred.
