NOTE**Estate find stored in empty house for 15 years. The pages are in good condition and all there. The cover is in acceptable condition and lies relatively flat. Back cover page has some light imprint damage. Few frayed areas on cover but pages show no fraying, just age related yellowing and some upper right corner bends in the first 20 pages or so.
