Initially released in 1966 on the Reprise record label: RS.23166. Both labels are clean and in VERY GOOD condition with moderate spindle trails. The vynil is in near EXCELLENT condition, some marks  / wear and both sides of this disc play cleanly and clearly with no serious issues or distractions. Housed within an original Reprise records Company sleeve which is clean and in VERY GOOD condition with only minor creasing and general handling and storage wear. There is also a mark on the front caused by the removal of a sticker (please see photo's).
