The book is in good used condition. The paper covering on the spine has minor wear on the ends. The cover boards have rubbing wear and minor wear on the edges. The cover board corners have some minor bumping and wear. The front cover spine fold has some peeling at the bottom edge. The page edges are clean and still yellow. There are some small tears at the spine on a couple of pages.  (See pictures) The book will be shipped by USPS Media mail.
