USPS – this shipping method will be used for all domestic small packages.
UPS Ground / FedEx– this shipping method will be used for all domestic mid size
packages.
Pilot(Truck)– this shipping method will be used for large packages.
USPS Post Office – this shipping method will be used for shipments outside the
continental 48 states, PO Boxes, Canada and internationally.
Free shipping is offered to customers within the continental 48 states.
Some larger items may not be shipped internationally since they exceed the US postal
office size regulation.
All packages will be shipped out from our California or Georgia warehouse. We
will adjust the shipping location on the basis of the item current stock and your order
delivery address.
Additional fee will be charged if your order is shipped outside the continental
USA, including HI, AK, VI, GU, MP, PR,APO and FPO. There will be delay if this process
is not completed.
International buyers will be responsible for brokerage fee and duty tax which
isn’t included in the total amount of the payment.
Note:
All payment is expected within the time scheduled. A correct address should be provided
while placing your order. Be cautious if more than one address is set up on your Paypal
account, since we will not be responsible if the package is lost or returned because of
a wrong address.
All products are sold as brand new. We will carefully check all packages before
they are shipped out. So, all damaged products are considered damaged during the
transit, even though the outer boxes are not damaged.
Professional installation will be HIGHLY recommended. Skilled technicians who
have the proper tools and training should correctly and safely add the equipment to your
vehicle. Do not attempt to do it by yourself since parts after modified cannot be
returned or exchanged. Buyers will be responsible for all risks on any installation
method.
Please contact our customer service support team immediately WITH PICTURES if you
receive a damaged or broken item, so we can help you with the damage claim with the
shipping carrier. We won’t accept any claim after 14 days upon item receive.
After returning or exchanging is accepted, our RMA department will provide a
pre-paid return shipping label and also UPS claim will be filed.
What customers should do is to make sure the item is in the original packaging
with the order number issued by our company Xpert-Tuning, clearly marked outside the
box.
Packages received without a valid order number will be returned to buyer and NO
CREDIT will be issued.
24-48 hours are usually required to issue your RMA number.
10-14 days are usually required to process your return or exchange once our RMA
department receives your item.
Shipping and handling fee won’t be refundable in any circumstance.
Our office hours are Mon - Fri 9:30am - 6:00pm PST, we do not answer any emails
on weekend, and we will reply all emails in the order it was received.
At times we did receive comments from buyers that they have not received our
emails, reason for those are that some emails do get into the SPAM mail box, so to
better assist our customer, please use the "contact seller" on your auction page, and we
will answer your questions through ebay' message system.
Negative feedback will not help resolve any problems you have, please contact us
via email or call us at the phone number provided on the invoice before leaving a
negative feedback, our customer service rep will make best effort to help you with the
issues.
During the high season time, there might be times that popular merchandise are
backorder, we do try our best to keep the inventory accurate for the item that we list.
There might be chances that the item is out of stock before we can stop the listings. If
this does happen, we will try to contact our customer and provide a few option, by
offering a ETA of the item, exchange or upgrade to another item or issue a full refund,
if customer does not wish to wait.
