I don’t know the signature on the bottom but I do know that it was made in North Carolina. The estate sale I get it from was in Charlotte and all the pottery was from North Carolina only! The lady was a huge collector and only bought from local in state potters. The condition it excellent with no chips or issues. It is a very unique looking glaze.
