This is adorable, perfect from late fall to early spring. No rips, stains, or tears…excellent condition. Ruffled lace and velour trim around neck and sleeve edges with velour bow and stretchy all over.

Measurements as follows… back of neck to bottom edge 13 1/2in., shoulder to armpit 5 in., shoulder to bottom edge 13 1/2 in., armpit to bottom edge 9 in., armpit to armpit 12 in., neck opening 7 in. and with snaps undone 10 in., bottom edge side to side 13 in and stretched 19 in., shoulder to bottom edge of sleeve 13 1/2 in., armpit to bottom edge of sleeve 10 1/2 in., and wrist opening 4 in. This is very stretchy all over except the wrist openings and neckline.
