About The Pictures
The pictures are taken in our factories by ourselves. Each guitar is different from others because of the light in room or some other reasons .So there are maybe some differences between the pictures and the guitar you get. Every guitar cannot be the same in 100%, the pictures of the guitar that you see is just one of them. If you want some details about the guitar, please contact me.
Shipping
Goods shipped from the US generally arrive in 1-10 days. We shipped by USPS and China Post. We will provide a tracking number to you and you can monitor the shipping progress in the website conveniently.
USA delivery time: usually 1-4 weeks (excluding customs, the time may be delayed).
Packing
We use Foam Packaging for all of our orders. Our shipping packs are designed for International Shipping.
Guarantee
We test every guitar (such as buzzing, sound test, workmanship) before it is shipped in order to ensure factory approved condition. With International Shipping taking approx 1-5 weeks, strings, tuning, etc may need readjustments. If you have a problem, or are not happy with our guitar, please let us know immediately when you receive it. We will tell you how to make these adjustments.
Custon Duty
Our price does not include the customs duties. But do not worry, we can provide an invoice with a very low value, you can pay little or no customs duties. You have to consult your local customs about the customs duties before you purchase the product. If you do not want to pay the customs duties and send the guitar back to us, you will need to pay $100USD in shipping costs.
Return Policy
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your damaged or defective item and we can start the exchange/return/refund process. If there is a delay in handling time we will let you know. Please make sure your shipping address is current and updated.
Note
Keep the defective product exactly as it arrived , including packaging. Do not remove any parts or write on the instrument - Please Re-pack item exactly as it was packaged whether it be single or double boxed. Kindly avoid using Duct Tape - Please use a package carrier that allows you to insure and track their packages.Such as: FedEX-UPS-USPS.
