Find the model number
You can use the model number of your AirPod to find out which generation of AirPods you have.
For example, the image shows A2084, and the corresponding model is Airpods Pro1.
Look in Settings
1. Go to Settings > Bluetooth.*
2. Find your AirPods in the list (for example, "John's AirPods").
3. Tap the More Info button next to your AirPods, and you'll see the model number.
