These new old stock 6AM8A 9-pin miniature duodiode/triode tubes have been stored away for years. Made by Sylvania or Raytheon, in the U.S.A. Original boxes, 1960s manufacture. Tubes tested as strong on my Hickok tester - (as seen left to right in photo) Sylvania 4900, Raytheon 4600, Sylvania 4200 and Raytheon 4800 in mutual conductance where 3000 is average new.
