- If the amount of shipping you paid does not match the charges for your location, your item will be held until we received the correct shipping charges.

- dtmmotors products require professional installation, we are not responsible for installation. If the product is damaged during installation, we are not responsible for the refund unless damaged was caused by installation instructions that we or the product provided.

- If your item is damaged or defective upon receiving, we will pay for your return/exchange and we will be responsible to ship you your new item.

- You may return/exchange any unopened products in resellable condition, we do not pay for shipping. After we receive the package, if product is in resalable condition, full refund of the product's selling price will be issued.

- All return and cancellation shipping and handling fees of all the orders are non-refundable.

- All returns due to buyer's mistake will be charge a 15% restocking fee.

- No returns will be accepted after 30 days of date of purchase. (Unless special warranty or policy is stated in item description)

- If we made a mistake by shipping the wrong item/quantity, we are responsible for return shipping, and sending you the correct item/quantity, or a full refund including shipping/handling. Before any returns or exchanges, please contact our customer care representatives via eBay message, please include item number, eBay user ID, specific description of damage/problem and clear explanation of your reason. If we authorized the return, customer will get an email with instructions for returning the item. (email will be replied within 24 hours, on business days)
