All items will be dispatched within 1 working day of purchase (Monday to Friday). Most of our UK items are sent out via Royal mail. Please note, a working day is defined as any day other than weekends and Bank or other Public Holidays.
Non-Delivery of Item(s): Normally it takes about 1 to 5 working days from dispatch for the delivery of ordered items. If for some reason item(s) are still not delivered after this time then please contact us. Full refund will be issued after 15 working days which is the time Royal Mail specify an item can be classed as lost in the post. A proof of posting is always obtained and the Royal Mail or other courier company will be asked to investigate the matter. For all parcels that are returned to us by the Royal Mail/Courier as undelivered because no one was at home or the buyer failed to contact the Royal Mail/Courier to have the parcel re-delivered or collected, we will refund the price of the product only and not the postage charges as they would have been paid.

We offer 30 days return and exchange guarantee. We are willing to issue you a full refund within 30 days of buying if for any reason you want to return/exchange the item(s) you purchased from us. Please note, item(s) must be returned to us in its original packaging and in its original condition and you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for returns to be processed.

Exchange/Refund In the unlikely event of you receiving a damaged/faulty item(s) then you should notify us within 48 hours of receipt of item(s) through eBay only. We will issue a full refund or exchange the item upon photographic evidence of damage. Refunds will be made once we receive the item(s) in original condition.
