Payment options
I accept UK Cheque and UK Postal Order. I also accept Paypal. Please do not bid if you are not willing to pay via these methods.
Postage
I tend to visit the Post Office every day, but just to cover myself, I ask you to allow 3-4 days. If an item hasn't arrived after this time, please contact me so I can investigate.
Feedback
Please don't ask me to leave feedback, unless you have done so yourself. I evaluate on a buyers whole conduct. Not just that they have paid. If feedback is left for me, I am assured the buyer considers the transaction complete, and I will leave Positive Feedback as soon as possible. Please avoid bidding if you feel this is unfair.
Communication
If you need to contact me about an existing listing, or a listing that has finished, PLEASE contact me via the "Ask Seller A Question" link above, that has been provided by Ebay. People who bypass Ebay, and write to my private email address are likely to become victim of my spam filter, and I am unlikely to receive your message.
The majority of stock is second hand. Therefore I try very hard to describe everything accurately. Occasionally, my description of condition/service may vary from yours. Please allow room for the difficulty of describing second hand items online. If a problem occurs, please approach me in a polite manner. I am a friendly person, who is happy to provide an exchange on the receipt of the returned item. In return, I expect professional conduct. Please avoid bidding if you feel this is unfair.
