Up for bid is a starter plant of the beautiful Gynura crepioides.  These plants produce nice delicious green leaves with vibrant purple undersides, that can be used as you would other greens, such as spinach.  These love the heat of summer, unlike many other greens, and so they are great to have around as a summer green for salads and other dishes.  Typically these plants can reach heights of around 2 feet and beyond their nutritional benefits, they alsomake a beautiful groundcover.  They are typically hardy to USDA zone 8.  These plants will make a great statement in your garden, and will multiply year after year to make a greater display each year but they also make great indoor plants.
