Electronic cabinet internal temperature regulator: suitable for controlling filter fans,
heaters and heat exchangers, and can also be used as a signal generator to monitor the
internal temperature of the control cabinet.
Rated working voltage: 230/115/60/48/24V (AC), 60/48/24V (DC)
Technical data: NTC sensor as a thermal feedback device;
Contact configuration: single-pole change-over contact (change-over contact) as instantaneous
switching element;
Allowable contact load:
Terminal: 5-3 (heating)
AC 10(4)A, DC=30W
Terminal: 5-4 (cooling)
AC 5(4)A, DC=30W
Weight: about 105g
Size: 71*71*33.5mm
Switch difference: about 1K±0.8K
The applicable voltage range is large, which means that only one model can be applied to 24V to 230V;
Time-saving connection technology, that is, the connection terminal board can be connected with screws
from the outside;
It can be flexibly installed on a 35mm vertical or horizontal support rail complying with EN50 022,
and it can also be installed on the profile of the TS/ES cabinet with the attached adapter card.
The thermostat is divided into two types: normally open and normally closed:
a. Normally closed: When the temperature is set, the thermostat is in the normally closed state.
When the actual ambient temperature drops to or close to the set temperature, the load heating will be started.
Usually the thermostat is in the normally closed state. When the actual ambient temperature is greater than the
set temperature, the load is always in a shutdown state.
b. Normally open: When the temperature is set, the thermostat is in the normally open state.
When the actual ambient temperature is greater than or close to the set temperature, the load
will be started to dissipate heat. Usually the thermostat is in the normally open state. When the
ambient temperature is lower than the set temperature, the load is always in a shutdown state.
