Core:
A core return is not required and there is no additional charge but if you return your old module we will refund you $300. We will inspect the core once returned. There will be a free prepaid label provided inside the box that you can use to ship back your core. If for some reason there is no label contact us and we can provide a label.
Installation Instructions:
This needs to be programmed, we can program free of charge as long as VIN is provided. You need to only disconnect the vehicle battery, install the TCM, reconnect the battery and drive the vehicle for the TCM to adapt to the vehicle. The truck will have erratic and hard shifts if adaptation isn't performed. The adaptation is requirement for the vehicle to operate normally, you do not need any special tools to do this. To adapt the TCM you need to drive around 100 miles. You can also speed up this process by putting the truck into tow/haul mode and then accelerating from a dead stop to 70 miles per hour seven to ten times.
