Author Biography

Melanie Bowden Simón is a publicist and writer who received a bachelor's in Journalism from the University of Georgia. Named a 2016 '35 Over 35' Debut Author, her book La Americana: A Memoir was a #1 Kindle and Top 5 Amazon Best Seller. She lives in Savannah, Georgia with her husband, their three Spanglish-speaking kids and a bilingual Weimaraner.
