My dispatch time is within 3 working days from purchase. Please bare this in mind when making a purchase, as I will not hold or delay dispatch under any circumstances. 

If you have any issues with your item once you have recived it, please contact us as soon as possible. This allows us to work with you within eBays polices to resolve any issue you may have. If your item arrives and has broken or the packing looks battered, please take a picture of the broken item, packaging and the label. I will ask for these in order to provide a refund when necessary.

Please note that due to an increase of fraudulent returns across the platform in recent months, our products may have security features applied to help to identify these occurrences. These features will not affect your product and will not be visible when in use. E.g under, behind or inside of items.

All items that have not been paid for within 4 days will be automatically cancelled. 

Shipping Information

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days of customer paying for an item. All items are packaged with great care and when necessary will be wrapped in fragile tape. Whenever possible we will re-use packaging to ensure we are eco friendly. 

Additional Information:

1.Unless specified by the customer, as soon as an item is paid for, all items (except large & heavy / decals) are sent via Evri Tracked.

2.Large & heavy may be sent via DPD or parcel force if they exceed Evri's parameters.

3.All decals are sent 1st class Royal Mail.

4. If the expense of Evri's shipment cost is increased due to location within the UK, Items will be sent with inpost or yodel.

International shipping will be sent though GSP (Global Shipping Programme). By purchasing an item you are agreeing to these conditions. 

Return Policy 

A purchased item is eligible for a return for upto 30 days from the date of delivery and it should be in the same condition in which you received it in. 

Additional terms:

1. Customers are held responsible for safe return of the item, which includes shipping and packing. 

2. Additional costs for the return of the purchase may be paid by customer.s
