Grading
Please be aware that we are not professional graders. While we strive to always list things honestly and accurately, we make mistakes. To be as transparent as possible items are always graded conservatively in favor of the customer.
Damaged Items
Damaged items will always be noted as DMG in all caps and include in the title a message to *READ*. The message indicates that all damage visible at the time of listing is documented in the condition sub-description.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped the next business day after payment is received. Items will be shipped in protective packaging appropriate to both the value and fragility of the item. To combine the cost of calculated shipping put the items in your cart but before making payment request an “adjusted invoice” in the top right corner of the order summary.
Combined Shipping Disclaimer
Please be aware when using the mobile app to make purchases you will not be able to request an adjusted invoice. If you are attempting to bundle your purchases, please use a laptop or desktop computer. Combined shipping may not always be extended where doing so would be detrimental to business.
Return Policy
Returns are only accepted when an item is purchased that doesn’t match the product description in one of our listings. If a package arrives damaged, please document its condition before opening.
