These LED bulbs work on a standard switch, so do not need a dimmer. When you turn the LED on it will automatically get brighter, once it reaches the desired brightness just turn the light switch on and off quickly to set the bulb at that brightness, if you do not stop the bulb, it will go to full brightness after approximately 5 seconds.
