Bought at a craft fair in Pennsylvania some time between 1998-2010. Artisan made unsigned .There are no chips cracks or splits in the wood. I am replacing hanging cord this one is badly frayed it's just cheap gold thread. I'm going to replace with ribbon. the loop is intact. No damage to hand painted detail.
