Customer satisfaction is our top priority. In order to offer competitive prices in today's marketplace and continue to provide exceptional service to its customers we offer:
- We offer 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on every item we sell, (This does not apply to factory sealed software which has been opened from original packaging). Only software which has not been opened from factory packaging (Unbroken factory seal) can be returned per our return policy. If for any reason you are not happy with the item, please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Brand New Factory Sealed Software cannot be returned once opened from the factory packaging (Broken factory seal). Please verify the software purchased is correct or that it will work for your needs before breaking the factory seal.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by us must accompany all returns.
- We will be unable to process an item without an RMA number - please contact our Customer Service to obtain one (we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this might cause).
- Buyers must notify us within 14-days of receiving the item to obtain an RMA number.
- If the item does not match the eBay listing description - we will send you the correct item or refund your payment in full. (Return for Refund or Return for Replacement)
- Physically damaged or defective on arrival (DOA) items must be reported within 24 hours of arrival to qualify for a damage claim.
- RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issue.
- All returned items must not be tampered with and should have all of the parts and accessories included with the item.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for all refunds (after the product is returned to us).
- All shipping charges for returned products are to be paid by a customer. We will pay for standard ground shipping back with-in the Continental United States only.
- All international returns (including Canada, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US territories outside of Continental USA) must be prepaid by customer, (via both ways).
- Products must be in resalable condition in its original packaging (undamaged, no labels) with all original manuals, software & accessories.
- Charges will apply for all missing parts.
- All refunds will be processed through the corporate headquarters only. Please allow up to 15 business days for processing. Shipping is not refundable.
- All returns must be in original packaging condition and require an RMA number. Packages without an RMA number on the package will not be accepted.
Due to the nature of clearance parts, returns for credit or replacement will be limited to defective product upon customer receipt. Returns must be received by us within 15-days of the original invoice date. Refunds will not be authorized after 30-days. Due to limited stock, replacements for clearance products may not be available immediately and we may replace the defective item for you with an item of equal functionality
We are not liable for shipments made to us without RMA numbers. We recommend that our customers use a trackable shipping method such as FedEx, UPS, Federal Express or the U.S. Postal Service with good packaging (original packing preferred) and full insurance paid. The RMA# number that was issued to you should be clearly written on the top of the box and not covered by any labels. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.
