Sure, there are plenty of places to buy used or reconditioned computers, but what we do is ONLY sell off-lease machines. Domestic shipping

Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday to Friday), and you should expect to receive it in 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during shipping, we are responsible and will issue either a full refund or a replacement.

International Shipping

We would like to provide you with important information regarding international orders and the shipping process. Please take note of the following:

1. All international orders will be shipped to the eBay hub located in the United States. This centralized hub ensures efficient handling and streamlined shipping procedures.
   
2. Once the package reaches the eBay hub, they will generate an updated tracking number specific to your destination. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment until it reaches your designated address.
   
3. It is worth noting that you may receive an email notification stating that your package has been delivered to a US address. Please be assured that this notification is correct and part of the normal process. This is an interim status update indicating that your package has reached the eBay hub in the US and is being prepared for international shipping.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition as when you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
