This Sony DVD Home Theater System, model DAV-DZ280, is being sold as faulty and for parts or not working as it turns on but is faulty.

Although the manufacturer warranty is none, this unit is perfect for those looking to salvage parts for their own home theater system.

As you can see in photos this turns on but the display says “Push Power Protector”

And it won’t do anything else including none of the buttons working apart from the power button.
