NEAR MINT (NM)
Record: Bright, glossy sheen. No visible scratches or scuffs. No audio distortions. No signs of use, age, or handling. Bright, clean, unmarked label. Played only 1-2 times max.
Sleeve: Bright and clean. No creases, ring wear, seam splits, or defacement of any kind. No signs of use, age, or handling.
EXCELLENT (E)
Record: Bright, glossy sheen. No visible scratches or scuffs. No audio distortions. Bright, clean, unmarked label. Light signs of use, age, or handling upon closer inspection.
Sleeve: Bright and clean. Light signs of use, age, or handling upon closer inspection. May have very minor imperfections (e.g. minor disc impression or corner creases). No seam splits or defacement of any kind.
VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+)
Record: Bright, glossy sheen (usually). Minor scuffs and scratches that are not audible when played. Light signs of use, age, or handling upon closer inspection. Expect great audio quality with no skips or distortions. Bright clean label with very minor imperfections. May have infrequent background crackles, pops, or clicks. This is the best bargain for casual collectors!
Sleeve: Clean with light signs of use, age, or handling upon closer inspection. Expect very light ring wear, minor discoloration/ink fading, minor seam wear (no splits/tears), and creased/fraying corners. May have very small writing or markings.
VERY GOOD (VG)
Record: Dull, grayish color (usually). Experienced lots of use but still playable! More obvious scuffs, scratches, and signs of use. Expect good audio quality with a few distortions but no skips. Light pops, clicks, and background crackles occur frequently but not constantly and do not overpower the music. Labels may be faded and have writing, tape, small tears, or other defacements.
Sleeve: More obvious signs of use, wear, and handling. Expect moderate ring wear, discoloration/yellowing/ink fading, small seam splits, and creased, fraying, or damaged corners. May have more noticeable writing, markings, or labels and small scratches, tears, or gouges that damage the artwork.
FAIR (F)
Record: Dull, grayish color. Well-used. Still playable but has multiple significant visible/audible faults that affect the listening experience (e.g. prominent scratches, audio distortions, or even skips). Expect consistent background crackle and major signs of use, age, or handling. Labels may have significant damage.
Sleeve: Significant signs of use, age, and handling. Expect heavy ring wear, major discoloration/yellowing/ink fading, large seam splits, and heavily damaged corners. May have large marker writing or masking tape seam repairs as well as large scratches, tears, or gouges that damage the artwork.

All records are packed securely in plastic protective sleeves and special corrugated cardboard vinyl record mailers for shipping.
By default, all records will ship inside their sleeves. However, if you would like your record to be packed outside the sleeve, please send me a message after purchasing, and I would be happy to do so!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All US domestic orders ship via USPS Media Mail and will be processed within 24-48 hours of successful payment.
US Domestic Shipping Rates:
1-2 records: $5.00 flat rate
3+ records: $5.00 + $1.00 per additional record

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If you reside outside the United States, calculated international shipping is available based on your location via USPS Priority Mail International.

All payments must be received within 3 days after the final invoice is issued.
Invoices that are not paid within 3 days will be canceled.

If you are unsatisfied with your new record for any reason, you may request to return the record for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. The record must be returned in its original shipping box at the expense of the buyer before a refund will be issued.
