These are all of the problems I know of:

Motherboard does POST when I last tested it. But Is missing the CPU cooler bracket and the CMOS battery holder is damaged. Meaning BIOS settings will be reset to default every time you unplug its power. BIOS and OS Clock will experience issues as well if unplugged and you don’t sync the time. The PCIE latch is missing as pictured closely in the third photo.
