The handwound movement is winding and keeping time although service history is unknown. 

The dial features a gorgeous Guilloche Dial with a Hobnail pattern. It is in relatively good condition but there is a scratch at around the 1:30 PM Mark, and the Universal Logo has had some fading over time.
