Up for sale here is a Marantz Model PMD430 3 Head Stereo Professional Cassette Recorder.

This is being sold strictly as a PARTS/REPAIR ONLY unit.

There is no cover for the battery compartment.

When tested with batteries and a generic power supply (not included) it would only produce a clicking sound when I depressed the "play" button. There was something inside the cassette section moving every couple of seconds. 

That is the only life I saw in the unit. The spindles didn't turn, no lights lit, etc. So, parts or repair only - no guarantee, no returns.

Cosmetics are good but it certainly shows some signs of use on the casing. 

Also, the outer cover is included but shows wear as well.
