Machine head washers are something that can easily break due to the buttons being overtightend.

Be sure to measure the shaft of your machine head before ordering as different brands of machine heads have different specs.  The most important measurement of the washer is the inside diameter as that's what will determine if it will fit the shaft of your machine head.
