Super cool old storage find!! Unit is in good condition overall. Dial is a bit yellowed and dirty,and has 2 points on it marked in black marker,assumed to be marked by a previous owner.When plugged in,the dial does light up slightly around the edge,so it does have some kind of power going to it. When the slide switch on the bottom is pressed,the red arrow on the dial advances one click left or right with each press.Other than that,it does not appear to function. Consider Non-working/For Parts.

 I know absolutely nothing about this type of item,so please use own discretion.I just hate to toss it out if someone can use it/part it out.
