No stamp on tush tag makes it extremely rare.

"Oakbrook" is supposed to be 2 words Oak Brook.

TY in caps on tush tag. 

INC., in caps and have both period and comma. 

REG.NO.PA 1965(KR) means Korean market which indicates a limited production to just Korean market. (NOT mass produced)

EXTREMELY RARE LIMITED EDITION BEANIE BABY "LIPS" A multi colored fish was a rarity from as it was originally ONLY available for order by those who attended the 1999 gift show. But a mistake on the tag made it even more highly sought-after and coveted by collectors.  Some tag says "LIPS the fish" and some tags were printed wrongfully  "Tiny the Chihuahua"
