Product Features:
✬OE Designed & Manufactured: designed and Manufactured to match the OE.
✬Mill-balanced for proper rotor function; no extra weights are needed.
✬Quality validated for proper metallurgy and correct brake plate thickness.
✬Precision balanced to insure smooth operation with no pedal pulsation.
✬Rotors are zinc plated for maximum protection against rust.
✬Thermo Scorched manufacture process help reduce break-in time, making driving much safer.
Premium Positive Molded Brake Pads Features and Benefits:
✬The very same manufacturing process the original equipment manufacturers use
✬High density friction material for long pad life
✬Less resin content virtually eliminates brake fade and glazing
✬Reduced dusting for both Ceramic and Semi-metallic materials
✬Quality multi-layered shims and pad chamfering provide smooth and quiet braking
GEOMET High performance Anti-Corrosion coating
DONT settle for less, get the best for your car! GEOMET coating will keep your rotors looking much better entil the end of life of the rotors by keeping its shine longer and rust free.
The high temperature GEOMET coating can withstand up to 750°F and will not wear off over time. It is currently most advanced environmental safe (water based, not oil) coating available in the market today.
Slotting and Cross-Drilling helps wipe away debris that form between pads to ensure even biting surface for brake pads. Tested to offer improved cooling while the small machine precession chamfered holes are strategically spaced out to prevent cracking of the rotor under the most extreme braking use.
High Performance Ceramic Pads Included
3rd generation proprietary formula ceramic pads help maximize braking power at high speeds while providing a quiet operation over traditional ceramic pads & semi-metallic pads. Designed to minimize brake dust that also does not easily stick to wheels.
Made in a State-of-the-Art Factory with Ultra Precision-controlled Cooling During Casting
Laser Precision-controlled cooling during casting process creates a uniform distribution of graphite flakes, greatly increasing wear resistance and ability to dissipate heat.
The "cross-grinded" pattern creates a beautiful finish that is like no other.
The final process of the drilled & slotted design along with spot checking for any defects are done in our warehouse in California.
FAQ
Q: How quick can I get my order?
A: Your order will ship the same day (Monday - Friday Excluding Holidays) if checkout is completed by 11 am CST. Orders placed after 11 am CST will ship the following business day providing checkout has been completed.
Q: Do slots really help?
A: Absolutely if done right. Slots help clear debris from the friction surface, however slots that do not continue to the rotors edge can actually trap debris. Manufactures that do not slot all the way to the edge often use cheaper metals in the manufacturing process and would crack if slotted to the edge.
Q: Why don't you use zinc plating?
A: There are several reasons why we don't use zinc.
1. Zinc plating is applied at the end of the manufacturing process. This can cause disc thickness variation.
2. Zinc plating does not last very long. Most wheel cleaners will remove zinc plating so if you choose to use zinc plated rotors please read your wheel cleaner labels carefully.
3. Zinc plating can form deposits in the friction material and cause braking issues like vibration or fade.
4. Bottom line is that we choose to provide you with a product that looks great out of the box and will continue to look good long after it has been installed.
Q: What makes our brake pads better than the competition?
A: There has been extensive testing on the material before it went into production. The material out performs and outlasts other products, is aggressive enough for the driver who goes red light to red light, yet performs just as well for the driver that just wants to cruise and just as good for the highway driver. The Low Dust Formula created for us is exactly as advertised a TRUE LOW DUST material.
