18K Solid Gold Case. Case back is marked 782, which I believe is the model number, and 661491, which is the serial number. Serial number would date it to 1946 if I looked it up correctly.  

Watch is not running. Crystal is  cracked and has scratches. Crown might be a replacement, is worn. Band is a replacement and has a broken link

Movement has a spot of rust / oxidation on one part (see pic) I don't see a model number on the movement
