USED ITEMS : Our “Pre-loved” items will have been washed, worn and stored by their original owners, we have no control over the detergents or laundry processes used prior to being listed by Sass & Elan.  We ourselves carefully launder our own fine clothing in specialist fabric-specific detergents. Please consider this when bidding on our preloved items, study all photos and our descriptions and ask questions before leaving “observations” or false or malicious feedback. We will address all fair and clear queries with honesty and integrity.
