This Guitar is a NEW Factory 2nd ( sold as used ) 

My Factory 2nd guitars and basses are a tremendous value. These guitars are often sold at hundreds of dollars less than their 'new' counterparts. Factory 2nd guitars are deemed as such directly from the manufacturer and have never been previously sold in retail or distributed to a music store. They are marked as a 2nd by the manufacturer when they fail to pass final inspection. They usually have a minor cosmetic finishing flaw that prevents them from being sold as new instruments. These instruments do not have major flaws (UNLESS STATED). These blemishes do not affect the playability of the instruments at all. Apart from the defect listed they are perfect, all the electronics, pickups, tuners, neck and frets etc. are good. I buy my guitars and basses directly from the manufacturer. There is no manufactures warranty and sometimes it is difficult to identify why some of these guitars were marked as seconds.  Each instrument gets set up and checked by me before it is released for sale. Some of the models are discontinued and have no issues at all. Instruments are stamped with an S on the back of the headstock.

 This is a Great Sounding bass I set it up myself it has a nice low action.

DO NOT MAKE A BID UNLESS YOU INTEND TO BUY. ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE END OF THE AUCTION. If item is not paid for within 3 days it will be re listed and a non paying bidder report filed.

I do not know what duties and taxes are in Non USA Countries and I am not responsible for them.

We try to ship within 2 business days of receiving payment but normally sooner, we do not ship weekends or Holidays.

HI, PR , AK and other off shore US Zip Codes mail is sent via surface mail and normally takes 7-30 days to receive.

Once your parcel is in your country, it will pass through your customs office which can add time to the delivery. Customs can hold a parcel for several weeks and open up packages for inspections and may not track until released.

Not all items can be shipped into other countries due to weight/size restrictions . If shipping cost is not stated to your country you need check with us before purchasing.

We DO NOT ship on weekends or holidays so items bought at the end of the week may not ship until the beginning of the next week. We Try to ship within 2 working days (normally sooner).

 RETURNS:

Return must be approved by me before shipping. Any shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Any refunds on returned items will NOT include shipping and handling charge, return shipping will be paid buy BUYER. Shipping Box and all packing must be kept for inspection.

 Note: We do all of our own photography. We do our best to represent the products as accurately as possible. Depending on lighting conditions, flash, backgrounds, shadows, your monitor, etc. there may be some differences in the actual appearance and color of the item you receive and what you see in our pictures. In addition manufacturers products can vary slightly from one production run to another. When I have more than one of these I do not retake photos every time.
