Items that are valued over $250 will require an Adult Signature upon delivery. Please message us via eBay, in case your package is lost or not received, instead of opening a case on eBay. Our Customer Service team will respond and assist promptly.

 Return Policy: 

 We offer free returns to all our customers unless noted on the listing. Returns must be within 30 (please see listing for exact days) days for replacement or refunds unless noted on the listing. In an event where a replacement may not be arranged, then a refund will be issued once serial/imei is verified promptly. 

• Shipping fees are nonrefundable for items sent back due to returns.

• Items that we sell with the condition " FOR PARTS ONLY" comes with no warranty or replacement.

• Returns will incur 20% restocking fees, if items returned are not in the Same Condition as originally shipped, Non-Defective, Mismatch Serial Number, Damaged, Tampered and/or Missing Accessories. No exceptions
• Apple iPad, iPhone, iPod and items that are secured with a Login Password or iCloud Accounts need to be removed and a Factory Reset performed before returning the items. Failure to do so may result in a delay in refund process & incur a restocking fee. 
• We record all serial numbers and note them on the packing slip upon shipping your order. 
• In case you encounter a problem with your order, please message us first via eBay messaging system and give us a chance to solve the problem, then rushing into opening a case or dispute and leaving negative feedback. We will do our level best in resolving any issues promptly and in a timely manner. Please allow 24-48 hours to respond back to messages. 
• We do not ship to International Buyers. We do not accept returns & warranty is void for Buyers who purchase items and use third party to ship items overseas. 
• Please note: if there is a delay with a shipment ... it is from the delivery carrier who might be having delays so please check your tracking number.
