Payment
We accept PayPal and credit cards or debit cards for buyers with no PayPal account. Shop with confidence, your payment is secure. Please provide correct delivery address on your order.
Shipping
Item ships to continental 48 U.S. states. No shipping to Alaska/Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, PO Box, freight forwarders, and international addresses. Please allow 3-10 business days for processing of your item before it is shipped. (*Most items are shipped within 1-4 business days). You will get tracking information when your order is shipped. Delivery date can be confirmed with tracking number. We do not offer combined shipping services.
Your item will be shipped directly from our supplier. We are a clearinghouse for several major retailers. In the unlikely event that the item is sold out or on backorder, we will contact you to see if you want to wait a few days or we will refund 100% of your money … YOUR choice.
Feedback
When your order arrives and “there is no issue”, please leave feedback to notify us that you have received your item. We also leave you a positive feedback in return. Please give us a chance to work things out before leaving feedback or filing a case.

Returns Policy
We offer a 14 day return policy from the receiving date. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All items purchased must be return in the same condition as they were delivered in and in original packaging. They cannot have been assembled and disassembled. Items defective upon receipt must be packaged in their retail packaging as if new and returned with a detailed description of the problem. Return shipping fees are not refundable. Buyer pays shipping both ways. 20% handling/restocking fee for returns - starting at time of sale. Buyer’s remorse, finding the item on sale or price variation is not a valid reason for return.
Sales Tax
Some states require sales tax to be charged for online sales. Based on this, we charge sales tax for certain states.
