- We ship out within 1 business day of your order. Delivery takes 3-5 business days, but can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks depending on where you live. RECENTLY there have been some delays — if this happens (or you have any problems with your order) please contact us. We always prefer to work out any issues that may arise directly with the buyer

- Sometimes there are small breaks / rips / tears in the factory seal due to shipping and handling from the manufacturer. However, no item sold in “Brand New” condition has ever been open or used in any way.
