Here for sale are several types of 256Kbit (32K x 8 bit) UV erasable EPROMs. Fully TTL Compatible. The offered brands are: AMD, Intel, NSC (National Semiconductor), Signetics, TI (Texas Instruments), Microchip

Several options are available:
1. S 27C256 Signetics including: 27C256-15 and 27C256-20, Access Times 150ns and 200 ns
2. M27C256B ST, including M27C256B-15F1 or M27C256B-15XF1 or M27C256B-20XF1, Access Times 150 ns and 200 ns
3. M27256-F1 ST, Access Time 250 ns
4. D27256 Intel, including D27256 and D27256-25, Access Time 250 ns
5. AM27256-1DC/ISP, Access Time 250 ns
6. 27C256 Mixed lot, including: AMD AM27C256-255DC, Microchip 27C256-20, TI TMS27C256-20JL, NM27C256Q-150 and Q-200

All item(s) will be shipped by registered priority airmail. Typical delivery times are:
EUROPE (All countries): 8...14 days
ALL OTHER destinations (North and South America, Asia, Africa, etc.): 12...25 days
EXCEPTIONS:
1. ITALIAN customers, please be more patient. For unknown reasons deliveries to Italy usually take longer than to the rest of Europe, i.e. 12...16 days.
2. Good news for AUSTRALIAN customers, usually shipment to Australia is pretty fast, it takes no more than 8...12 days.
If a buyer purchases several items I will combine the shipment to reduce shipment costs.
