We ship Domestic and International, not all items are shipped International. We use USPS and FedEx, and normally all items are shipped within 1 business days of receiving payment by Paypal. If Free Shipping is offered, it is only available in the USA, international buyer/bidders must pay shipping.

You have 14 days from date of receipt to request a refund. All refunds are Money Back only. Some items will not be requested to be returned, but you will still receive a full refund including shipping. All items must be returned 7 days from the time of requested refund. All parts, documentation, original packaging must be returned to the seller. Your refund including shipping will be refunded after the item(s) is received and inspected. Your refund including the return shipping will be sent to you in the same manner it was received. If an item is listed AS IS Where Is, there is no refund. There is no refund for shipping (to and from) if for no other reason the buyer change their mind and decides to return item(s).
