How to finish heat press vinyl for shirts
1-Engraving Use a cutting plotter to cut into the required shape, tear off the film outside the pattern,and cut the depth of 10-30 UM into the bottom film.Cutting pressure is 160-170GF.It is better to form silver or colored reflective graphics.

2-Placement When using, peel off the plastic protective film or white release paper on the back of the thermal film,place the back of the reflective transfer graphic(the rough surface is the back-the smooth surface is the front) at where the base graphic should be.

3-Heating Attach the cotton cloth onto the heating part of the machine, heating the cotton cloth.

4-Transfer The heat transfer machine's pressure is 4 kg. The transfer temperature and time should be determined according to the melting point of the hot melt adhesive and the fabric, usually 150°C for 15 seconds.

Step 5-Tear Film After the transfer is completed, the reflective film needs to be cold torn off .Press the cloth with your hands and tear the film 180 degrees in parallel.

Wait 24 hours before washing.
Do not bleach or dry clean.
Do not use steam.
