Rare in both form and pattern, this early LeGras Art Glass Vase is absolutely gorgeous. Deep, rich, emerald green, textured with an acid cut cameo, givies the surface a "chipped ice" or mottled surface. The stunning enameled silver and gold gilt detailing at top and bottom of vase feature the flourishes of Art Nouveau acorns and oak leaves. Heavy glass piece with large polished pontil. Measures about 6" high with a body circumference of 16". Condition is exceptional for an antique piece of over 120 years old. There are no chips, cracks, breaks or repairs. The enamelwork is largely bright and still retains a great deal of shine. Guaranteed vintage and NOT reproduction.
