'Ffotographica' on eBay is run by Jasper Fforde himself, as my garage is pretty much full of obscure or outdated versions of my books. Everything comes with a free random postcard (as usually given away with all my signed books) 

Default option is signed only, but dedications can be requested when you buy the book/audio/hat/whatever. Just fill out the 'message to buyer'.

Lost in a Good Book is the second in the Thursday Next series. It follows the adventures of our intrepid book-travelling detective, Thursday Next, as she discovers the Bookworld on the other side of the page..
