Super cute!

There is elastic around the collar. The elastic is bending the ruffle material around the neck on the left side. Please see the last picture for detail. I can bend it up to make it lay right, but will bend back when I let go.

It is a true green color. The color is best represented in the pictures with the shirt’s tag.
