03.Harvesting the Leaves
- Step 1 :Wait until your plant is at least 1-2 years old before taking any leaves.
- Step 2 :Pull the base of the leaf stem from the plant when you’re ready to harvest.
- Step 3 :Fry fresh curry leaves within 2-3 days to use in your dishes.
- Step 4 :Freeze your fresh curry leaves for up to 1 month to preserve them.
