All records strictly/conservatively graded under bright light, which shows the faintest marks/defects. Please send a personal message regarding any problem....there is no need to open a case as a solution can always be found. There are occasions when I can't post immediately, so your item may be a little late (no more than a day or 2). Please remember this before asking where your item has got to.
