We accept payment by PayPal and Credit / Debit cards entered on eBay only. You must be registered with PayPal or eBay to buy from us.

Our prices do not include any customs duties and VAT in your country.

Please note that we charge a 20% restocking fees for any shipment not claimed and accepted from customs clearance and has to be returned to shipper.

We ship via Japan Post/FedEx/DHL based on the destination. Order tracking information will be provided once the item has shipped. 

We can ship within 3 working days. There may be delays in special cases. We do not support choosing a courier company. For products over $ 1800, we will choose FEDEX for delivery.

FEDEX can reach your city as soon as 3-5 days. Japan Post takes around 7-20 days.

We do not make customs declarations at low prices.

All products will be shipped at insured price.

All items must be returned in the same condition it was received. Returns are processed within 1-2 business days upon return delivery date. 

For the refund amount, we will deduct a part of the international shipping cost.
