Each and every item is assigned a rating based on its current condition at the time of listing. The ratings are as follows :

NEW - This is a new, unused item that is completely factory fresh straight from the manufacturer.*

MINT - This is an item that has been used extremely gently, very few times, and is in pristine/like-new condition.

GREAT - This is an item that has been used gently, and shows few signs of wear.

GOOD - This is an item that has been used moderately, and shows normal amounts of wear.

OKAY - This is an item that has been used regularly, and shows slightly above average signs of wear.

POOR - This is an item that has been used heavily, and shows a great amount of wear.
